The Job : Content Creator Executive

Location: Abuja, Nigeria
We want to hire a Content Creator for our company to join our Digital Marketing team. As a Content Creator, your role will require you to write and create different sorts of pieces for our company’s digital media. This will include writing blog posts, articles, eBooks, social media posts as well as content for our website. You will also be responsible for creating the marketing copy of our company’s products and services such as flyers, brochures etc.
To be successful in this role, you must have extensive knowledge and experience of digital publishing platforms. You should have experience to plan out the content in such a way that it helps in creating leads for our business.
You must be good at content creation. For example – writing online blogs about our business, creating video contents, planning and compiling eBooks, pictures etc. You should endorse and promote content on social media as well as other online platforms to attract our target audience.

- Research and plan out effective and engaging content ideas for industry related topics
- Make well-organized drafts by using digital publishing means
- Design and distribute the eCopy having the information of our company’s products
- Interview the relevant industry professionals and publishing their points in the blog posts
- Optimize content according to SEO standards and principles
- Proofread the material to be published
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to clarify articles
- Have knowledge about branding
- Update the content on our website
- Upload the latest content on social media platforms
- Ensure good website traffic and leads for our products
- Stay up to date with latest industry trends and practices
- Send weekly report to Business Development Manager
- HND / BSc in Computer Science, Marketing or any relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Content Creator, Content Writer, Content Strategistor a similar role
- Portfolio of already published articles and web pages
- Proper knowledge and working experience with Content Management Systems like Word Press, Joomla, etc.
- Exceptional knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- Outstanding writing and editing skills
- Exceptional knowledge of digital publishing and generating leads
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work and deliver results without supervision.
Salary: N75,000 – N150,000 per month
